Night #1 of the Cosmic Driving Range Burlington VT
Event #11 of the 2015 Tour is now underway. The weather cooperated and an amazing crowd of golfers came out for our first night here in Burlington. The coolest part of it all was first the night golf. For the second time this year we created a super cool night golf course. We nearly filled the field and tonight and Saturday are nearly sold out. People really like Cosmic Night golf because of the ball and the lighting. I also think people really like the Cosmic Car bubble hole in one contest. We go from bay to bay giving each player a chance to hit the Mini in the car bubble. It’s fast and fun. Then the winners come over to the first Tee box of night golf for a legit hole in one for $5,000. We had 6 winners last night but sadly to say, no one made the hole in one. Here are some photos from last nights event. Note that the back targets were over inflated to create a monster effect. Thanks to the Automasters for their awesome Mini Cooper, and all their support.
Oh wait, there’s more. We discovered for the first time on our 2015 Tour that Vermont has the most ‘moisture’. As a result, around 11pm our Car bubble began to fog up. Crazy Stuff. Something new happens every event.
